CALLING ALL MARCHERS, FLOATS, BANDS & ENTERTAINERS!
2026 marks the 250th Anniversary of America, and Southampton is throwing the biggest party on Long Island to celebrate!

we can’t wait to celebrate this historic 4th of July with you!
- Check-in: No later than 8:00 a.m. at the Southampton Train Station.
- Parking: Parking for the Southampton July 4th Parade The best way to avoid traffic when leaving the Village after the parade is to park either east or west of the Village. The police will not ticket your vehicle if it is parked responsibly. The further east or west you park, the more quickly you can exit traffic and return to County Rd 39A.
- All entries must feature a Patriotic or Celebratory theme appropriate for the 250th anniversary.
To ensure a safe and seamless experience for all, insurance regulations require strict adherence to the following:
- No Items Thrown: Do not throw candy or objects from floats/vehicles.
- No Handouts: Distributing pamphlets, balloons, or materials is prohibited.
- Noise & Pace: Avoid excessive noise or causing gaps/delays in the procession.
- Full Route: All entries must remain in the line of march until the end of the route.
Note: Failure to comply with these safety standards will result in immediate removal from the parade.

- Non-Profit/Community Entries: Free (Donations are 100% tax-deductible and help cover parade costs).
